Work From Home
Whether you work from your kitchen table or in a custom built office in your loft, working at home can be tough when you have full time care of babies, infants or young children.
It doesn’t matter whether you’re working to provide an income for your family, or working to develop your professional or academic skills, work is still work and it takes a great deal of resilience to succeed.

Health and Fitness
When you’ve got so many other things to occupy your time, it’s easy to neglect your health and fitness, but it’s a huge mistake!
With all of the pressures you’re under it’s so important to look after yourself or you risk getting sick. Often the deterioration in health starts slowly and goes unnoticed, but by the time it hits you it’s too late to avert the consequences.
Being sick sucks. It impacts your state of mind, your family life and your capacity to work.
You don’t have to join a gym and you don’t have to run miles every day, but you can make some small life enhancing changes that will make you look and feel better.
