This is Day 37 of my challenge to get six pack abs.
I’m continuing with the one meal a day diet and I’m still making progress.
I appreciate that it’s difficult to see the progress in the pictures so tomorrow I’ll take a photo with my abdominal muscles tensed to give you a better idea of how much fat is left to lose.
