It’s not too late to get a six pack by summer – if you commit to really going for it NOW!

It’s nearly midnight here in the UK, but I wanted to post something about my intentions for June 2012.

It’s nearly a year since I started my one meal a day diet with the intention of losing 30lbs of fat.

I started around the end of July, beginning of August and it took me five months to reach my weight loss goal – and I know it sounds like a long time, but that was price I was willing to pay to stick to an eating plan that was as close to my normal diet as possible.

Since losing the 30lbs I’ve had a few attempts at losing the remaining fat to reveal my abdominal muscles, but I haven’t made a great deal of progress. There are reasons for that but I’ll tackle them at a later stage.

For now I wanted you to know that I’m going to work hard in June to lose another 10 lbs of fat and trust that I’ll be somewhere close to my goal of getting a flat stomach.

I’ll continue to eat one main meal a day (as before, excpet there’ll be no cheat days), I’ll walk for 30 minutes twice a day (as before) but this time I’m going to inject some additional exercise into the process (more about that another time).

Here are my starting stats:

6ft Male 43
176 lbs
Chest 39
Belly 35.5
Waist 35
Hips 37.5

I’m also having a blitz over June/July/August with no cheating. I have a big birthday at th ebeginning of September and this is my last chance to feel good about my body as both digits turn over. I’ll ride along with you during June if you don’t mind.

Brilliant! This should be fun! We’ll put in a good effort during June and that should set you up nicely for July and August. 🙂
