This is Day 3 of my push to get a flat stomach by the end of June. I’m doing it eating one meal a day and I’ve set myself a fun challenge to do 10,000 push ups and run a marathon – 1.5 miles at a time, all by the end of the month.
I’ve got 27 days left to achieve my goals.

Weight: 173.8 lbs (Up .6)
Chest: 39 (No change)
Belly: 35 (Down .25)
Waist: 34.75 (Down .25)
Hips: 37.25 (No change)
Update: It’t the end of the day and it’s been another good one. According to the scale I’ve gained weight since yesterday but it’s no surprise because yesterday’s weight loss of 2.8 lbs was freakishly massive. I’ll have a much better idea of how I’m doing when I weight myself again in the morning.
The tape measure showed some good results with a loss of a quarter inch from both my belly and my waist.
I’ve been strict again today with my eating. I have had to work through a little hunger but it was worth it because I had a roast chicken dinner with apple crumble for my evening meal.
I went running again late evening (1.5 miles) and throughout the day I added 430 push ups to my total.
