This is Day 24 of my attempt to get a flat stomach by the end of June. I’m doing it eating one meal a day and I’ve set myself a challenge to do 10,000 push ups and run a marathon– 1.5 miles at a time, all by the end of the month.
I’ve got 6 days left to achieve my goals.
June 24th 2012
Weight: 175 lbs (Up 2lb)
Chest: 39 (No change)
Belly: 34 (No change)
Waist: 34 (No change)
Hips: 37 (No change)
Woah! 175 lbs!
This is definitely one of the reasons I didn’t track my weight while I was on the first stages of this diet.
Here’s what I think will happen this week:
- I’ll get back to my push-ups and running (and successfully complete the challeng.
- I’ll have an awesome week on the diet (eating more for my one meal and avoiding the junk food snacks).
- I’ll lose 3 pounds of water / waste weight.
- I’ll lose 2lbs of fat.
- On June 30th I’ll weigh 170lbs.
That’s a bold statement to make and it could come back to bite me, but, as they say, fortune favours the bold.
I’m writing this early in the day so I’ve got six full days and the rest of today to make it happen.
Late update: Today was much better and although I didn’t hit my plan 100%, I got close enough to make me feel happy.
I finished the day by going for a late (11pm) run (1.5 miles) and then did 200 push-ups to take my total for the day to 400.
I need to do 2100 more push-ups to reach my target of 10000 and with six full days left, I need to average 35o a day.
