Let’s get straight to the point… I want a flat stomach!

In fact I want to lose enough fat to get flat abs in time for summer.

I’m 43 years old and 6ft tall.

On a daily basis I’ll update this post with a picture and stats.

I’m still going to use the one meal a day diet to lose the fat and for those of you who’ve been following my weight loss progress for a while, I’ll write a post explaining my decison to abandon the six pack challenge and start afresh.

But the short explanation is that I need to keep it simple.

That’s it! No talk, no commentary, just results!
